EGG ROLLS

Directions

Cook bacon and crumble. In small amount of bacon grease (1 tablespoon), cook cabbage until tender (don't over cook). In separate bowl add and mix cabbage, bacon, carrots, and ginger. Spoon small amount of mixture in wrappers and wrap. Fry in hot oil. Serve immediately.


NOTE: Not traditional but a family favorite. You can add just about any filling you like, sausage, beef, snow peas, etc. This is just our old stand by because we usually have all these ingredients on hand. Aunt Nancy taught us to make these.
