Directions
Melt chips and butter over low heat. Add evaporated milk and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil. Turn down. Cook (simmer) slowly for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. When done, remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve over ice-cream. Refrigerate extra sauce. Makes generous 2 cups
